Locke's solution

also  Locke solution  n :  a solution isotonic with blood plasma that contains the chlorides of sodium, potassium, and calcium and sodium bicarbonate and dextrose and is used similarly to physiological saline
 
Locke, Frank Spiller (1871-1949),
British physiologist. Locke introduced his solution in 1894.
