Pan·dy's test
n : a test to determine the presence of protein in the cerebrospinal fluid in which a drop of cere-brospinal fluid is added to a special reagent and the formation of a cloudy precipitate indicates a positive test Pandy, Kalman (b 1868), Hungarian neurologist. Pandy introduced his test for protein in cerebrospinal fluid in 1910.
