Jacksonian epilepsy

n :  epilepsy that is characterized by progressive spreading of the abnormal movements or sensations from a focus affecting a muscle group on one side of the body to adjacent muscles or by becoming generalized and that corresponds to the spread of epileptic activity in the motor cortex .
