Fel·ty's syndrome

n :  a condition characterized by rheumatoid arthritis, neutropenia, and splenomegaly and often by weight loss, anemia, lymphadenopathy, and pigment spots on the skin
 
Felty, Augustus Roi (1895-1964),
American physician. Felty described the syndrome that bears his name in 1924 based on five cases including one of his own.
